Returns & Exchanges

Doggone it! We are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase.

All Cosmic Corgi products are 100% custom which means that each product is manufactured at the time of the order and the product may not be the exact color or design each time.

Once an order has been placed, we immediately begin preparing it; therefore it cannot be canceled or modified. Please make sure to confirm your order details prior to submission to avoid our exchange guidelines below.


If there is a mistake on our end such as a defective product, or the wrong product or quantity was sent out, we will do all that we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will replace the damaged product at no return shipping cost to you.  Please contact within 30 days of ship date and we will email you a return label. Once we have received the damaged product, we will send out a new product.


If you are unhappy with the color, size, or design of the product, we will exchange the product or issue a store credit if the product is new and within 30 days of original ship date. Please email with a reason for your return and your order number.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Cosmic Corgi in this instance.
